Looking back almost 5 years ago now I was actually very lost.
I had developed a problem with alcohol during my 20s as a way to cope with pain and anxiety. As a result i also developed depression. It was a very hard time for me and I felt very alone. When i turned 30 I knew something had to change. I took it upon myself and searched inside for the resilience that i needed and thus began the process of healing.
I started meditating, journaling, taking care of my skin and really took the time that I needed to heal.
Fast forward 4 years to January 2021 and Gracious Minds was born. Inspired by the new holistic lifestyle i had adopted which was based on daily self-connection, healing plant-based skincare and well-being.
