Due to the nature of our botanics, we cannot accept returns due to our small batches and health and safety.

Change of Mind
We do not offer exchanges, refunds, credit notes for change of mind. Please read our product information and ingredient lists carefully.
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please email us at email@example.com within 48 hours of your order delivery, quoting your order number, request for Replacement / Refund / Store Credit, and provide photos. We will advise you of the next steps.
In the event of receiving damaged goods we ask that you provide clear photos and evidence to us via email within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will then determine how to move forward depending on analysis.
You will need to send the goods back to us using an Australia Post Satchel with Signature on Delivery. This cost will be reimbursed to you if your return is approved. We can only process the return once the goods have been received by us - please include all original packaging and make sure the parcel is securely packed. Gracious Minds will not be held responsible for items lost in the post on their return journey.
We will then process your return within 2 business days of receiving the goods back. Once inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned goods together with the status of your return.
If approved, your refund / exchange / store credit (whichever you choose) will be processed within 2 business days and we will email you the details.
If declined, due to the goods not being deemed faulty and in perfect condition then we will treat the returned goods as "original condition" and we will either send back the order (shipping at customers cost) or dispose of goods. We will consult with you on this.
You acknowledge and agree that Gracious Minds is not the provider of delivery/courier services. Gracious Minds will not be liable for late parcels, missing parcels or damaged goods/ import customs fees.
In the event that an item is lost, stolen or damaged in the course of the Delivery Services, Gracious Minds asks that you:
contact the Delivery Service Provider directly to request a refund or to claim on any insurance options available; and
contact us by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org outlining in what way the products were damaged/lost in transit so we can help you retrieve the goods where possible.
- Gracious minds is not liable for lost goods. We can simply help you work with the shipping provider to help you recover these goods.
Gracious Minds will make every effort to ensure a Product is accurately depicted on the Website, however, you acknowledge that sizes, colours and packaging may differ from what is displayed on the Website.
