How to Use + Skin Type

Gently unfold the mask and apply to freshly cleansed skin. Find a quiet place to rest. (1) Take 5 deep, slow breaths. (2) Close your eyes for 15 minutes whilst continuing to focus only on your breathing. (3) Open your eyes slowly, remove the mask and massage in any remaining serum into the skin. Follow with moisturiser.

Skin type: Sensitive Skin, Dry, Normal, Oily, Non Comedogenic.
